Cold Brew Concentrate

Sumatra Dark is used to make our cold brew.

Roasted to 427°F and rested for one day before starting the brewing process.

Eight 10oz servings

One bottle of our cold brew concentrate makes up eight servings served in 1 : 1 ratio of water & cold brew concentrate.

Brewed for 24 Hours

Beans are grinded coarse and brewed in a stainless steel cold brew tank filled with water at a consistent temperature of 68°F.

Single Filtering

After brewing, coffee grounds are strained through 100% Organic Fine Mesh Cheesecloth Fabric.

48 Hours of Fermentation

Lastly, the coffee is placed in the fridge room which starts the cool fermentation process. Rests for 2 days to really bring out the flavor and characteristics of the brew.
