The Mexico is my second favorite bean from Brooklyn Lab (first is their Peru). Coffee is naturally sweet with notes of chocolate. This is bean is staying on my daily rotation
Fantastic coffee beans , I tried the Peru medium roast which was fruity and light but still had a great robust flavor, the the Brooklyn blend dark roast which was intense and chocolately . Overall they are definitely some of the best roasted beans I’ve had . I highly recommend! I do grind my beans on the very fine side , because I enjoy coffee on the more intense side , and I usually stick to dark roast to get that flavor, but I really loved the flavor of the Peru , was intense yet light at the same time.
I love, not having to worry about grabbing my next bag of fresh beans. Arrives on the same day every week.
I have tried many coffees in my life and this one is just plain awesome. I have to sometimes stop myself from drinking too many cups!
