Description

Plum. Nougat. Lemongrass

This cup of brew has a mellow and pleasant character. These beans are grown on mountains with high altitude, tropical climate, and fertile soil which is the reason for its richer chocolate and nutty qualities, as well as a bright, sweet, citrusy presence.

Interesting.

My wife said leather and cigarette. She kinda nailed it.

Interesting! Those are flavor profiles for earthy coffee- how did you brew it?
Peru does well with pour over or espresso. Thank you!

It's slightly bitter.

Thank you for trying our Peru blend- perhaps you could try the Manhattan Blend for less bitterness or the Brooklyn Blend :)

Great coffee

We have tried hundreds of coffees, and this is the one we settled on for our everyday. You can taste the quality, and it's not over roasted like so many others.

We love when our customers recognize our effort to not over roast! Thank you!!
