I love it.
Even as prices claim, here as elsewhere, this remains my household's daily brew. There is a small debate before each 5# order, but inevitably this is a luxury we are willing to spend for because your getting more for your dolIar. I appreciate the rapidness of delivery and the freshness nearly as though it was roasted in your home. Likewise, I appreciate that the packaging isn't trying to convince me that I have something good. The product resounds loudly enough. It's profile is as described so if that's your thing, this is your thing.
Brew method: Pour over
The Mexico is my second favorite bean from Brooklyn Lab (first is their Peru). Coffee is naturally sweet with notes of chocolate. This is bean is staying on my daily rotation
Fantastic coffee beans , I tried the Peru medium roast which was fruity and light but still had a great robust flavor, the the Brooklyn blend dark roast which was intense and chocolately . Overall they are definitely some of the best roasted beans I’ve had . I highly recommend! I do grind my beans on the very fine side , because I enjoy coffee on the more intense side , and I usually stick to dark roast to get that flavor, but I really loved the flavor of the Peru , was intense yet light at the same time.
I love, not having to worry about grabbing my next bag of fresh beans. Arrives on the same day every week.
I have tried many coffees in my life and this one is just plain awesome. I have to sometimes stop myself from drinking too many cups!
